Do you offer price adjustments?

Will items be restocked throughout the sale?
No, items that sell out during the sale will not be restocked. Be sure to grab what you want before it’s gone since quantities are limited!
When I add an item to my online cart, is it put on hold for me?
No, items are not reserved for you until your payment is processed and your confirmation number is received. We recommend shopping early (and having your sizing ready) in order to avoid disappointment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any address or order changes. If you would like to change your order, please use the “chat” feature on our website or email info@knixteen.com as soon as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $80 CAD before tax and after discounts and applies to shipping addresses within Canada.
How long will it take before my order is shipped?
Due to a high volume of orders, it can take up to 4 business days for your items to be processed and shipped.
Underwear
Step 1: Give your underwear a quick rinse under cold water.
Step 2: Throw it in the washing machine with your regular clothes. Wash on cold with mild detergent (no softener or bleach).
Step 3: There are two ways to dry them depending on the undies you have: lay flat to dry for medium absorbency products, or tumble dry on low for high to super absorbency products.
Step 4: That’s it! No ironing needed.
Leakproof Tights & Leotards
Quickly rinse the gusset before you throw your tights or leotard in the machine. Wash on cold with mild detergent, then lay flat to dry. That's it!
Swimwear
Machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
