The On-The-Daily Bra is covered by our Wash and Wear Policy: within 30 days, you may remove the tags/packaging from the bra in order to wash and wear to make sure you’ve got the correct fit. This will not affect return eligibility!

Yes, you can return or exchange your online order to any of our Knix retail stores.

We can help with returns or exchanges for purchases made in store as long as the purchase was made with a credit card. Debit purchases need to be returned or exchanged in the same retail location.

Knixteen covers the return shipping fees for exchanges and refunds initiated through our Return & Exchange Portal. Exchange orders initiated through our Return & Exchange portal are also eligible for free shipping within the USA and Canada. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable.
