Both our activewear and underwear feature our patented leakproof technology. There are 3 super thin layers in the gusset (crotch area) that wick away moisture, rapidly absorb blood, sweat & discharge, all while working to lock in leaks. So squat, jump, stretch and move without peek-a-boo tampon strings, bulky pad seams or embarrassing leaks again.
Super Absorbency
Absorbs 9–12 tsp (45–60 ml) of blood—that’s about 9–12 regular tampons or pads! Perfect for overnight protection or your heaviest days when changing into a fresh pair might not be convenient.
High Absorbency
Absorbs 4–8 tsp (20–40 ml) of blood, or the equivalent of 4–8 tampons or pads. These are perfect for heavy flow days.
Medium Absorbency
Absorbs up to 3 tsp (15 ml), or about 3 tampons’ or pads’ worth of blood. Ideal as everyday wear for blood, sweat and discharge, light to medium flow days, or as backup to tampons or period cups.
It’s totally up to you! We have recommendations based on each product, but only you know your flow and comfort levels.
Leakproof Active Legging & Leakproof Active Short - Both have a built-in liner with the holding power of 6 tampons or pads, so they can be used as your only protection or as back up.
Leakproof Leotard & Leakproof Tights - We suggest using them with a tampon or menstrual cup during your cycle’s medium to heavy days. Wear them alone when you have a light flow.
Period Underwear - High and Super absorbency was designed to be worn alone, even on heavy days. Medium absorbency can be worn alone on lighter days or as backup on heavier days.
Step 1: Give your underwear or activewear a quick rinse under cold water.
Step 2: Throw them in the washing machine with your regular clothes. Like-colors for activewear. Wash on cold with mild detergent (no softener or bleach).
Step 3: There are two ways to dry them depending on the undies you have: lay flat to dry for medium absorbency products and activewear, or tumble dry on low for high to super absorbency underwear.
Step 4: That’s it! No ironing needed.

Small low waisted
Was expecting them to be higher waisted and the fit very small for the sizing. Had to give them to a friend. The fabric is great quality good but sizing is off(I’m apple shaped so legs are not a problem but these probably 2 sizes too small)

Good concept, bad execution
These leggings definitely fit small, I sized up and they were still a big squeeze to get on. Also if you plan on wearing these leggings with nothing covering your bum, you will be able to see the gusset. It is blatantly obvious that there is a gusset in these leggings, as there is a very obvious outline of the gusset.
