Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse team to pack and ship your order. During peak periods such as sales, holidays and product launches, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any address updates, order changes or cancellations. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Most orders will ship from a single warehouse. However, we occasionally ship from a combination of warehouse locations, so you may receive your order in multiple parts. If items from your order ship in separate packages, we’ll send you tracking information for each package when it becomes available.

Orders within Canada will be shipped with Canada Post or Purolator based on your address and carrier availability.

Standard Canadian shipping is free on eligible orders over $80 CAD*. Orders under $80 CAD are $12 CAD for standard shipping. Orders delivering to NWT, Nunavut, and Yukon under $100 CAD* are $20 CAD for standard Canada shipping.

If you ordered the wrong size of period underwear, we’ll send you a different pair at no cost or offer you a standard refund* within 30 days of delivery (excluding original shipping fees).

If your order included multiple period underwear, open, wash, and wear one pair only. That way if you don’t love them, any unopened packages from the same purchase will be eligible for an exchange or a standard refund* (excluding original shipping fees).

All unopened packages will be donated to local organizations to support people in need.

    A note to the designers of knix intimates

    This review is generalized and not directed to this particular product.

    I've bought both online as well as in-store. On my last visit to a store, I chose 3 pairs of mundane in colour, underwear. As I walked past the teen section I stopped in my tracks. For the first time in your store, I saw fun colours and patterns! Now I realize that you require the staples of black, nude and all other overused and underwhelming colours but has it ever occurred to you that adult women want fun undergarments as well?Who makes the decisions about this stuff, men?! Do you think because we're mature that we no longer desire something fun? The closest you've come to fun in the adult sizes is the polka dots, pink roses and some very dark purple slash pattern. Why? Because that's the closest thing to fun you'll actually let us get! I realize you can't go crazy with all kinds of patterns but for god's sake, can you not be so predictable? So how do you choose some fun new fabrics? Glad you asked. Pre-choose 12-15 fun, colourful fabrics you 'can' manufacture undergarments in. Then let your current clientele, who you already have email addresses for, have a vote. Let them pick their top 2 or 3 favorites. Let the voting last for 1-2 months. Then the top few choices get manufactured and see how it goes over. If nothing else, you'll be able to at least see what women are really interested in. I ended up ditching the 3 pairs of bland adult underwear and chose some of the teen colours…

    Great fit

    Boyshorts are the best!

    The light leakproof boy shorts are my favorite now that the cheeks are no longer available. So cute and comfortable. Since they are a best seller, I don't understand why they aren't available in more colors? I would love more colors in this style.
